Politie Kennemerland negeert werkwijze criminele agenten in dossier  Kindermishandeling basisschool= rampen veroorzaken , 30dec2009

The police did respond to my complaint about the fact the lazy, low-intelligent criminal minded Police-officers work on my charge against the primaryschool in case of childabuse. They don't want to work more professionally!

NO tries to help me to stop childabuse before the Final-Cito-exam at the school of my daughter, but they have to wait until 5 dec 2009 = deadline I gave to the Mayor of Bloemendaal & Police.

Schooldirecteur Marian Timmermans heeft een criminele werkwijze...en dit weet zij ook:

• Zij heeft geprobeerd bij de therapeut van mijn zoon Luther informatie te verkrijgen over mijn dochter. Luther zit nu in de 2e van het VMBO-t/Havo. Mijn dochter Cician is niet in therapie!
• Ik ken de therapeut van mijn zoon goed...en hij belde mij op om uit te leggen hoe hij onder druk is  gezet tot medewerking aan de praktijken van Timmermans....zonder mijn toestemming. 
• Marian Timmermans negeert mij email waarin ik haar duidelijk  maak dat ik weet welke achterbakse praktijken zij toepast.
• Nationale Ombudsman is op de hoogte.
• Ook weet de Ombudsman inmiddels dat ik 2dec2009  ben gebeld  door een luie zwakbegaafde crimineel werkende politie-agent - dhr H. Kievit - die  wil uitzoeken 'wat de kindermishandeling inhoud'. Deze agent weet nog altijd niet wie ik ben +  wat mijn unieke juridische positie is in NL + welke gevolgen dit heeft voor de werkwijze van Politie + heeft mijn dossier niet gelezen...+  wist ook niet dat ik een gesprek met een vrouwelijke agent wil, wat duidelijk is aangegeven. Nu moet ik weer weken wachten op een vrouwelijke agent...die natuurlijk ook te lui is om vakkundig te werken  
• Kortom: Politie wil Kindermishandeling...en liegt alles aan elkaar vast tijdens het onderzoek.

Politie Kennemerland is te  lui om het dossier van mijn ICC-rechtzaak te lezen en juridisch correct te werken

• Zij laten nu liever kids op een basisschool psychisch mishandelen door een docent, schooldirecteur & schoolbestuur ...dan dat zij als politie-agenten professioneel gaan werken.

I don't have time to translate this letter in ENG today.

• Group 8 - secondairyschool  - St.Theresia  Bloemendaal has an aggressive teacher. 
• My daughter and other kids make more mistakes in their tests. 
• In february 2010 this group has to make the Final-cito-exam, which indicates to which highschool the kids will be send.   
• Schoolmanager + schoolboard refuse to investigate on agressive behavior and consequences for kids.
• Education-inspector promissed to talk with the school, during the next evaluation...but this is too late for the kids who have to make the Cito soon.  Phonenumber for report of 'criminal behavior at school' is not answered.
• Ministery of Education is writing a report for the Education-inspector = kids must be protected + schoolboard works like criminal.
• Police did call me after my email of 14 oct2009,  but almost 3 weeks late = they did not investigate on 'who I am in NL' + did not read the evidence, not  talked  to the major of Bloemendaal on this type of childabuse.
• Now the Nationale Ombudsman must make the Police + Municipal Bloemendaal protect the kids of the St.Theresiaschool against terror.
• I will press charges with ICC, when I don't receive a solution of Police + Bloemendaal before 5 dec 2009.

When J.P. Balkenende becomes the EU-president, I will put all EU-member-presidents in ICC-prison for 'organizing crimes against humanity in coöperation with Balkenende'.

I will also press charges against Russia - Dmitri Medevedev - because he's a dictator  with occupying forces  in NL.

Medvedev has a criminal double agenda:
Russia is NO statemember of ICC,  officially.
But he does want ICC to investigate on the war between Russia & Georgia;  its convenient for him and Russia 'if ICC judges against Georgia'.  
Medvedev refuses to recognize my ICC-case against Balkenende, so he refuses to stop warcrimes taking place in NL today. 
In stead of stopping Balkenende - reffering to my ICC-case since 1 may 2007 - he closes highly criminal deals with NL-compagnies.  Aware of the fact that all signatures  Balkenende & Co have put on contracts since 1 may 2007  can be cancelled in any courtroom worldwide, thanks to the ICC-case.

Medvedev refuse to take care of the human rights of the Dutch people, while he or Russian-businesses sign  contracts with NL-compagnies.
He wants more power in NL...and tortures and kills the Dutch people for it.
He misuses my ICC-case against Balkenende for his RU-power only.

The way Medvedev relates to me, proves 'that he wants me being tortured & death...for the power of Russia. He wants me to stay lawless - so other NL-ers will be lawless too - and on top of that he wants ICC to stay  a highly corrupt political court-system, where only warcriminals are brought to trial on command of other politicians.
Medvedev wants to occupy NL, wihout making sure that NL-ers life in a state of law.

When PVV Geert Wilders is Presidnet after the next Election for Parliament, Medvedev puts his misuse of power on the table. Too late for the NL-people!

Als Balkenende EU-president wordt, zet ik alle EU-regeringsleiders in ICC-gevangenis voor 'organiseren van misdrijven tegen de menselijkheid in samenwerking met Balkenende'.  

Ik zal ook aan aanklacht indienen tegen Rusland - Dmitri Medvedev - omdat hij een dictator /bezetter is in NL.

Hij weet heel goed dat alle handtekeningen gezet door Balkenende - vanaf 1 mei 2007 - vernietigd kunnen worden in elke rechtbank, wereldwijd.
Als Rusland - Medvedev - veel contracten in NL heeft, krijgt hij veel macht.

Maar, hij weigert zorg te dragen voor de fundamentele mensenrechten van het Nederlandse volk. Hij vindt het goed als Balkenede & co - samen met andere - de NL-bevolking rechtenloos maakt. Omdat hij dan eenvoudiger de macht in NL kan overnemen.

Hij wil dat het ICC een politiek criminele rechtbank is waar politici bepalen 'wie er voor de rechter moet verschijnen voor welke misdrijven tegen de menselijkheid'.  De pijn van slachtoffers is irrelevant.

Medvedev misbruikt mijn ICC-zaak om mij - en het NL-volk - rechtenloos te maken...en uit te moorden.

Hij vermoordt de mensen die het NL-rechtsysteem overeind willen/kunnen houden als eerst.

Dus?
Ik laat mij niet misbruiken & vermoorden door Dmitri Medvedev; ik laat mijn kids niet opgroeien onder de oorlogsmisdaden van Rusland in NL.

But ... I have written Bloemendaal a new letter in which I demand that the new Major recognizes my ICC-case and that she states:
'I don't want to torture D. Stokkel or use her for slavery'.

Bloemendaal restarts the abusal of my family:
= they start another investigation that has to prove 'that I'm entitled to receive a Social Security Payment, while they ignore my ICC-case'
=this is the 2d investigation in 2009
= when I don't coöperate,  they stop my Social Security Payment, which is forbidden by law now I only can go to the ICC-judge for justice
= NL-judges stated in their degrees:      'D. Stokkel can't be coöperative anymore to c.servants of Bloemendaal; she doesn't have to give info in talks, because she will not get Human Rights'

So..., the whole torture-game starts all over again!
Bloemendaal  has  a new major & new public servants. The new servant in charge of  my file  'can't read' = I think that she has made an average  mistake starting this 2d investigation = in april 2009  they closed the investigation of march 2009.

I want Knoops to be my offical lawyer for my ICC-case, although ICC has to appoint a lawyer for me.  After waiting for over 2 years  for a  ICC-lawyer, its time to take controle into my own hands.

Knoops can't be a laywer for Balkenende now he's an advisor for NL-parliament
= He outlines in the media 'that NL can't take care of Gtmo-prisoners because there's no legal contruction for doing so.
=He & I are on 1 line, but he's a lawyer for International cases...and I have my point of view as a warvictum with a ICC-case against NL.
= Knoops is smart enough to make ICC work like a fair court of law, for all statemembers & victums

Somebody has to stop the criminal activities of ICC in NL, which cause war worldwide

FBI & Barack Obama,

You may NOT use ICC as a Court of Law against pirats,  unless you clean ICC up from corruption.
You also have to stop UN Ban Kimoon.

Besides, ICC-procedures are not fit for this New Task = ICC is against dictators, not average criminals...
And, those pirats can only be brought to ICJ,  now they claim:
'EU fishes on our Oceans; we don't have al livelyhood left'.

I know that you believe that you'll survive ICC-courtroom under my conditions...

ICC can create a turningpiont in the criminal activities within the Dutch legal system.
When they inform the public on my lawcase with ICC against the Dutch Supreme court...etc... this will means that the media has to stop the lies about 'the way our legal system works'.
Reporters are forced to tell the truth about judges who throw away complete files - make residents lawless -  when they want to keep criminal politicians in the parliament.
Politicians will be forced to rebuild 'state of law NL'.

ICC works like a political organisation, NGO or AVO.... but  not like a court of Law at all!      
ICC should NEVER talk to presidents or political parties.

International Criminal Court in The Hague   is quilty of racism & corruption. There'll never be peace in Africa or on any other continent due to the fact that EU-leaders, civil servants, police-officers, judges & prosecuters have given themselves 'a licence to kill'.
The office of the Prosecuter (OTP) of ICC 'gives himself a licence to kill too'. OTP protects EU-governments - who donate money to ICC for lawcases against dictators in Africa - from painful trails and imprisonment on demand of EU-civilians against these EU-leaders.ICC chooses 'who to live and who to die', in exchange for money of powerful Europeans.

NL & EU are both dangerous dictatorships in World War III; true causes are hidden by the media. Fun-killings are a normal daily activity here. Tolerance is synonym for corruption. On 1 may 2007, I brought my lawcase against the Dutch supreme court, parliament Balkenende I-IV & municipal Bloemendaal to the prosecuter mr. Serge Brammertz of the International Criminal Court in The Hague.NL is supposed to be a state of law, but in fact 'a psychopatic Lord of the Jungle is in command in my life and in EU'... and tries to kill me.  Municipal Bloemendaal claims 'that implementation of human rights is no responsibility for the municipal'. In other words:' We treath you and your young kids like our slaves and have no intention to change this; we ignore all the lawcases your brought to trial and the resulting verdicts. We torment you and we love it. As long als de media doesn't discover us, we continue'. Members of parliament should have put Bloemendaal under legal restraint, because they prove to be slave drivers. But they didn't. Civil servants who torture me should have been fired and be replaced with servants who aknowledge that they're obliged to implement laws & treaties on a daily basis for all inhabitants of the municipal. The Dutch supreme court should have judged on my file – my case against the municipal & parliament - but they refused without giving a reason.
Dutch S-judge appears to be a terrorist towards Dutch poor people who can no longer defend themselves with legal constructions.
Corruption between the court and the parliament, must be the main cause.
Based on the Statute of Rome, ICC is the only court left on planet Earth which can turn dictatorship NL into the state of law NL. ICC is now in a position to save many lives, all around the World.

Media verzwijgt mijn zéér belangrijke rechtzaken voor het volk = media bepaalt wie er aan de macht is, niet de burger met stemrecht.   

Bij de Hoge Raad der Nederlanden werken moordenaars.
Griffieren & rechters  die mijn  dossier laten verdwijnen omdat zij geen zin hebben in bepaalde rechtzaken.
Mijn individuele rechtzaak bij HR  is  tegen kabinetten Balkenende I-IV & lokale  overheidsfunctionarissen.
HR beschermt Nederlandse politici tegen strafrechtelijk onderzoek naar door hun begane ambtsmisdrijven door  wettelijke verplichtingen voor politici te negeren.
En burgers te laten doodvallen.

Nederlandse Parlementsleden mogen  dictatoren zijn omdat de allerhoogste rechter van Nederland dit goed vindt. 

Haagse politici & rijksambtenaren kennen deze werkwijze van HR, maar willen niet onderzoeken wat gaande is.
HR mag zich gedragen als Hitler-rechtbank en mag discrimineren naar maatschappelijke status & inkomen , is de teneur. Niemand wil verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de werkwijze van de allerhoogste rechter in NL.

Haagse politiek & HR maken van Nederland een land in een burgeroorlog.

Gemeenten wéten dat parlementsleden & rijksambtenaren de Hoge Raad níet dwingen ook rechtzaken - die onder rechtbijstand vallen - in behandeling te nemen.

Burgemeester/ Korpsleiding van Politie / Hoofdofficier van Justitie / Pres. van de Rechtbank e.a.  maken hiervan misbruik en gaan burgers  intimideren, chanteren en de dood in manipuleren.
'Poging tot moord is een leuk spelletje' voor lokale ambtenaren....

OM & Politie zijn partijdig aan het gemeentebestuur en beschermen de lokale burger niet tegen machtsmisbruik van de gemeente.  Als burger mag je geen aangifte indienen tegen de ambtenaren die je mishandelen. Je wordt doorgestuurd naar de Bestuursrechter. En deze rechter dwingt je naar de HR toe te gaan...

Alleen conflicten  die in de media komen worden opgelost.

Gemeenten krijgen van het parlement de vrijheid om burgers te folteren & doden.
Parlement & ministeries sturen het willens & wetens aan op een 2-deling in onze samenleving = alleen mensen met geld voor een advocaat krijgen nog rechten in een rechtstaat, de armen mogen worden gefolterd & gedood door overheidsfunctionarissen.

Gevolg:
HR vernietigt van de niet-criminele eiser alle mensenrechten. Burgers leven in een dictatuur en vullen hun leven met 'vechten voor recht op leven in een rechtstaat'. Hollandse kids groeien op in een oorlogsklimaat.

Wij kennen voorbeelden personen die jarenlang onschuldig in de gevangenis zitten.

Er is ook nog een andere categorie oorlogsslachtoffers.
Dit zijn burgers die geen advocaat / procureur kunnen vinden.

Bij lagere rechtbanken regelen zij hun eigen zaken. Vaak sturen die lagere rechtbanken het moedwillig aan op een procedure bij HR, door onuitvoerbare / onleesbare uitspraken te schrijven.
Blijft het conflict voortbestaan gaan deze burgers naar HR.  Maar daar wordt dus hun leven zonder opgaaf van reden vernietigd, zodra dit dossier niet is ingediend door een advocaat / procureur.

HR wil niet weten dat er arme burgers zijn die  veel tijd & geld investeren in het zoeken naar een advocaat, maar er nooit één vinden voor serieuze zaken.

Advocatenorde, Raad voor Rechtsbijstand, Raad voor Rechtspraak negeren financieel arme burgers en liegen hen voor over hun rechtspositie.

De kwaliteit van rechtsbijstand is uitermate slecht in NL.  Sociale advocaten lezen geen dossiers en bedrijven vriendjespolitiek waardoor er juist een burgeroorlog ontstaat.

Bovendien wil HR geen gebruik maken van procedure Wet op Rechterlijke Organisatie artikel 76 =
HR oordeelt in 1ste instantie en hoogste ressort over ambtsmisdrijven begaan door Leden van de Staten Generaal.
Wet RO, artikel 76 ís bedoeld om burgers te beschermen tegen een leven in  dicatuur NL, dus mag deze ook zonder advocaat gevoerd worden!

Burgers die letterlijk hun lichaam & leven trachten te redden door een beroep te doen op deze procedure  krijgen hiertoe geen kans omdat de HR hun dossier negeert.

Is de HR een Hitler-rechtbank, moet het Internationaal Strafhof (ICC) ingrijpen.

Brief aan kabinet Balkenende IV over ICC-procedure

ICC werkt o.g.v. het Statuut van Rome.  Misdrijven tegen de menselijkheid ontstaan vanuit het feit dat burgers geen betrouwbaar Landsbestuur /Politie / OM/ Rechters/ Advocatuur hebben.
Bij het ICC mag je dus procederen zonder advocaat.

Nu is er wel 1 mega-probleem, nl:
Het ICC staat in Den Haag.
Officieren van Justitie & Rechters zijn buitenlanders wat onpartijdigheid aan de Nederlandse regering enigszins waarborgt, maar feit blijft wel dat het MinBZK dik bevriend is met ICC voor facilitaire voorzieningen als locatie & belastingzaken. Bovendien is het ICC besmet met de Hollandse lobby-cultuur.
Ik heb zeer grote twijfels over de onpartijdigheid van het ICC.

Tegelijkertijd moet ik nu wel eerlijk blijven:
'Bij ICC nog nooit een rechtzaak tegen de Nederlandse Hoge Raad, Kabinetten & Gemeenten gevoerd. ICC heeft nog niet kunnen bewijzen dat zij wel onpartijdig is...'.   

Mijn rechtzaak bij het ICC zal deze Wereldvrede ten goede komen.
Ook fijn als foltering van mijn gezin stopt!

Bijvoorbeeld:
Distantiëert ICC zich van de Hollandse dictatuur zal de al bestaande  rechtgang van ICC tegen Sudan 'Afrika sterker maken nu ICC bewijst onpartijdig te zijn aan het rijke Westen als Nederland'.

Europa staat op een kruispunt:
dictatuur of rechtstaat

Nederland ís een dictatuur, ICC kan veel aangebrachte schade herstellen!

Bisdom & Vaticaan kunnen dit ook, maar dan moeten zij wel binnen enkele maanden 500 jaar in EQ evolueren.


Ter verduidelijking.
Wat doet  Rb Haarlem in uitspraak 07-2153?

Bloemendaal geeft politie opdracht mij in mijn huis - onder intimidatie, chantage & dwang - te dwingen tot het opschonen van deze website.

Ik ben schuldig aan SMAAD tegen gem.Bloemendaal  volgens burgemeester & agenten.

Zaken worden uitsluitend mondeling afgehandeld, opdat ik niet kan bewijzen wat er precies gebeurt.   

Rechter dwingt  mij opnieuw mijzelf te laten mishandelen door  burgemeester & politie, door zichzelf onbevoegd te verklaren in deze procedure. 
Zaken die mondeling zijn afgehandeld kan de rechter niet controleren.
Pas als ik een beschikking van de bezwarencommissie heb, kan ik een beroepsprocedure starten.
De bezwarencommissie zal elk verhaal van de burgemeester geloven, omdat ik geen bewijs heb van  politieoptreden in mijn huis.  

Het OM weet dit ook, dus schrijft geen procesverbaal - waarin ik verdacht word van SMAAD tegen de burgemeester - .

OM & Politie geven  burgemeester  vrijheid om mij te mishandelen/ vermoorden; zij werken persoonlijk  mee aan de uitvoering.
Van Agent D. Deckers heb ik een bedrijfskaartje gekregen.  
Agent  G.van Eijk belde mij om te zeggen  'dat ik niet gehoorzaam en dat er vederrgaand onderzoek naar mijn site door OM wordt verricht; het proces-verbaal moet ik bij OM halen'. 

Rechter negeert dit feit, evenals het feit  dat  HR mijn dossier weigert te erkennen.
Ik moet mijzelf dus laten bedreigen & vermoorden omdat de  rechters Bloemendaal, OM & politie hiertoe de vrijheid geven.  

Oké,  rechter weet van de aanklacht bij  ICC, maar een ontvankelijkheidsverklaring door ICC-rechters kan lang in dit geval.
Zeker nu mr. Serge Brammertz - officier van justitie - zijn ontslag heeft ingediend.

Ik heb vrijheid van meningsuiting = opschonen website hoeft niet

Ik mag Al Qaida inschakelen om mensen te laten vermoorden en kan hiervoor niet gestraft worden.

Uiteindelijk ontvang ik van de Politie Kennemerland toch nog een brief waaruit blijkt : 'Agenten hebben inderdaad in opdracht van de Burgemeester Desiree Stokkel verzocht haar website op te schonen'. Intimidatie &  chantage zijn normale werkwijzen bij de Politie.

• Verzoek aan Paus voor EU

Tot op de dag van vandaag is de Paus niet van plan zijn 'licence to kill' in te ruilen voor een 'fair trade licence'. Vaticaan blijft de rechtzaken tegen Hollandse politci verzwijgen. Weet dat de Hoge Raad een terrorist is... , weet van ICC aanklacht...

Jeanne D'arc

Vorige week kwam ik toevalllig een  tweede hands boek tegen over Jeanne D'arc.
Zij is door de Engelse kerk afgeslacht. Op de brandstapel ter dood gebracht  op haar 20 ste... op 30 mei 1431...   In 1900 is zij gerehabiliteerd door de Paus.
Zij was erg jong, maar wel hoogbegaafd voor de tijd waarin zij leefde! En eerlijk gezegd denk ik 'dat vele Nederlanders  anno 2007  dom zijn in vergelijking met haar intelligentie'. Oké zij had geen moeite met het doden van mensen,  maar zij heeft  Frankrijk van Engeland gescheiden weten te houden met haar vertolking van intuïtie.  Het Engelse Koningshuis is haar daarvoor nog immer dankbaar...
Jeanne hoorde stemmen en zag visioenen. Die arme meid heeft niet begrepen dat  zij onderscheid moet maken tussen God & Duivel in het Universum.

De Paus in het Vaticaan van 2007 begrijpt dit ook nog niet zo goed!


Persoonlijk vind ik Holland een kinderachtig psychopatisch land, trots op 'vrijheid tot moorden'.

De werkwijze van het Internationaal Strafhof  is hierdoor ook ver beneden peil.
Over het Internationaal Hof voor Justitie mag ik niet oordelen, omdat mijn dossier daar niet ligt.
